1. Introduction

• You must not currently hold any other active or suspended account on jetta9. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the jetta9 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
• Choose a secure, unique password for your account and keep it strictly confidential.
• Not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your account.
• Notify jetta9 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

jetta9 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Account registration is subject to identity verification, which may include requesting copies of government-issued identification documents.

One Account Policy: Opening or operating more than one account on jetta9 — whether in your own name or using any other identity — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended pending investigation. Any bonuses received across duplicate accounts may be forfeited and outstanding balances held pending review. Deliberate multi-accounting may result in permanent exclusion from the Platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on jetta9 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other methods as listed on the Platform's payments page.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your jetta9 account within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. jetta9 does not accept third-party deposits — the name on the payment method used must match the name on your jetta9 account.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-fraud review. Verified withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours. jetta9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits.

• Withdrawals will only be paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Players must have wagered their deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• jetta9 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of due-diligence checks.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jetta9 offers a range of bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus offer. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
• Validity Period: All bonuses must be used within the stated validity period. Unused or unexpired bonuses will be forfeited automatically upon expiry.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain table games, and specific slots may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates will be specified in the relevant promotion details.

jetta9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a player has already met the conditions required to receive the bonus.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on jetta9 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slots, or sports markets — are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Players may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the Platform.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance automatically upon settlement of the relevant game result or event outcome.
• In the event of a technical error or malfunction that affects a game result, jetta9 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the wager amount to the player's account balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jetta9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using any other name, identity, or payment method.

8. Suspension & Account Closure

jetta9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and at any time, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as listed in Section 7.
• At the player's own request for voluntary self-exclusion under the Platform's responsible gaming framework.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, jetta9 reserves the right to retain any balance held in the account pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach is found, verified balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jetta9 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by technical failures, maintenance, or events outside jetta9's reasonable control.

• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

10. Privacy & Data Protection
